When life feels heavy and confusing energy work may be the next step on your path.
The biofield is an invisible energy field around the physical body which is connected to physical, emotional, and spiritual health. As an energy practitioner I work alongside you to help to identify and clear emotional stores of energy held within this field. This can help you feel clearer, lighter and able to focus on your path through your healing journey.

Treatments
Biofield Tuning
A 90 Minute treatment.
£40
Starting with a guided relaxation to ground the energy and set an intention to release.
The use of tuning forks within the energy field to help identify stuck energy, the frequencies of the tuning forks help to break down these blockages and release through the chakras.
Aim of the treatment is to release held stores of energy that may be impacting the present day.
Reiki Energy Healing
A 60 minute treatment.
£25
Starting with a guided relaxation to ground your energy.
This treatment is aimed to relax and restore the energy and physical body.
The practitioners hands are placed over the body to help harmonise the flow of life force energy through the chakras.
This treatment is amazing for those who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, tired and emotionally drained.
It is a deeply relaxing experience. At the end of the treatment we will spend time discussing what was felt during the treatment to help guide your intentions and focus on your healing journey.
Sound Healing
A 45 minute treatment.
Offered as a 1:1 healing appointment

Crystal Bowls and chimes are used within and around the Biofield to help break down stores of energy and release what no longer serves you.
Guided through affirmation and connection to the self.
This treatment is a perfect way to cleanse the energy and help you feel lighter and clearer.
